ARQ serves travelers, investors, and professionals across Latin America who need access to global currencies and financial markets. Users can hold digital dollars and euros, receive and send international payments via dedicated US and European account details, invest in US stocks and ETFs, and spend globally with a card at market conversion rates. The platform is available across Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.

About the Role
You will build and ship fast, intuitive iOS experiences; write clean and performant Swift code; and deliver features end to end with Product, Design, and Backend. You will evolve the app architecture, own features from concept through launch, review code, and improve performance, stability, quality, and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience building apps used by thousands or millions of users
- Proficiency in Swift and the iOS ecosystem, including UIKit, SwiftUI, and Combine
- Understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and testing practices
- Experience building user-facing products with attention to detail
- Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally fintech or consumer technology startups
Responsibilities
- Build and ship fast, intuitive iOS experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and performant Swift code using modern iOS frameworks
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend to deliver features end to end
- Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the iOS app
- Own features from concept through launch
- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards and best practices
- Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
