About the Role
You will ensure crypto fund books are accurate, complete, and audit-ready. You will process and reconcile transactions across exchanges, custodians, and on-chain wallets; calculate NAV; value digital assets; and prepare investor, regulatory, and financial reports. As automation expands, you will focus increasingly on analysis, controls, and process improvement for crypto-specific accounting challenges.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration
- Understanding of NAV calculation, investor administration, and fund reporting
- Familiarity with digital assets or strong interest in exchanges, custody, wallets, blockchain explorers, and tokens
- Analytical mindset and drive to automate and improve processes
- Clear English communication; Dutch is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain fund administration for crypto funds, including spot holdings, derivatives, staking, and DeFi positions
- Reconcile positions and transactions across exchanges, custodians, and on-chain wallets
- Calculate NAV, value digital assets, and process investor subscriptions and redemptions
- Prepare investor reports and required regulatory reports
- Prepare or review annual financial statements, including crypto-specific accounting and valuation topics
- Maintain reporting frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, and ISAE 3402 or SOC documentation
- Act as the main point of contact for fund managers, auditors, custodians, and service providers
