About the Role

Design, build, and maintain complex front-end features for web and mobile using TypeScript, React, and React Native. Implement interactive animations, gesture support, custom hooks, strongly typed interfaces, web3 wallet integrations, cryptographic primitives, encrypted backup and sync, explorer improvements, and resilient user experiences.

Requirements

Expert TypeScript
Expert React
Experience with React Native
Experience building large and complex frontends
Experience implementing interactive and animated UI
Understanding of web3 primitives including wallets, public key cryptography, asymmetric encryption and symmetric encryption
Experience creating custom hooks and complex type interfaces
Open source project contributions or personal projects
Ability to work autonomously with minimal meetings
Bonus: backend development experience
Bonus: Rust or another strongly typed language
Bonus: strong interest in cryptography or cryptocurrencies
Bonus: experience with web animation libraries
Bonus: experience with byte-level transformations

Build and maintain complex TypeScript and React frontends
Develop and maintain React Native mobile user interfaces
Implement interactive animations and gesture support
Create custom hooks and complex typed interfaces
Integrate web3 wallets and cryptographic primitives
Improve UX across app screens
Implement resilient background processes such as encrypted backup and sync
Implement improvements to the network explorer site
Participate in design reviews and contribute to UI aesthetics
