Own front-end architecture and build production-grade applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Develop accessible, responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces, optimize performance and real-time data flows, integrate APIs, mentor engineers, and contribute across the stack.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional front-end engineering experience
- Expert-level React, Next.js, and TypeScript skills
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture, rendering, and performance optimization
- Experience with WebSockets, streaming updates, and event-driven UI
- Strong state management, data consistency, and UI correctness skills
- Ability to reason about Node.js, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience shipping and maintaining software at scale
- Ability to make high-leverage technical decisions independently
Responsibilities
- Own the front-end architecture of a high-throughput real-time trading application
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- Implement accessible, responsive, pixel-accurate UI systems under strict performance budgets
- Lead complex feature development from technical design through production rollout
- Optimize rendering, state management, data flow, and bundle size
- Integrate REST and WebSocket APIs for live market data and execution flows
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers
- Uphold standards for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability
- Mentor engineers and improve front-end execution
- Contribute to API design, data models, and infrastructure tradeoffs
