About the Role
You will install, configure, and validate software in on-premise customer environments. You will integrate it with customer infrastructure, investigate and resolve on-site issues, create minimal reproductions, and provide field feedback. When not traveling, you will contribute to product code and implementation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
- Strong C# skills
- Experience with desktop or UI frameworks including WPF or Avalonia
- Enthusiasm for robotics and industrial automation
- Willingness to travel at least 40%
- Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and validate software in on-premise customer environments
- Investigate and resolve on-site issues
- Create minimal reproductions and hand findings to engineering
- Integrate with customer infrastructure and verify end-to-end workflows
- Provide field feedback that informs product priorities
- Contribute to the product codebase when not traveling
- Design and implement impactful solutions
