About the Role
You will own financial analytics for the wallet portfolio, build and improve dbt data models and ETL pipelines, and automate financial reporting and reconciliations between blockchain and internal records. You will work closely with the Head of Data and the CFO, coordinate with external auditors, and present findings to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Financial Analyst, predominantly in FinTech or Crypto
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with data warehousing (e.g., ClickHouse, Airflow)
- Financial education or experience in FinTech/Crypto companies
- Basic knowledge of crypto
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
- Fluent English (B2-C1)
- Python and Pandas for financial modelling and analysis (strong plus)
- Hands-on dbt experience (strong plus)
- Confident knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto wallets, dApps, and metrics such as LTV, TVL, gross margin, revenue and cash flow (strong plus)
Responsibilities
- Lead financial analytics across the wallet portfolio
- Understand product flows including DEX swaps, crypto financial products, and crypto purchases
- Build and improve dbt data models and ETL processes for financial reporting
- Automate financial reporting to enable near one-click reports
- Automate financial reconciliations between blockchain and internal records
- Coordinate with external audit teams on financial analytics questions
- Present financial findings directly to the CFO and CEO
