About the Role
You will join the Corporate Finance team and play a key role in company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You'll own core FP&A processes such as month-end close, variance analysis, and annual planning, while building advanced financial models that support both day-to-day operations and big-picture strategy. You'll partner closely with senior leaders across the business, translating numbers into clear financial storytelling that shapes decisions. You'll also have the chance to drive process improvements and automation, and help shape how the team uses tools like Pigment to scale its workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally in Corporate Finance, G&A support, or a broader FP&A role
- Track record of increasing scope and responsibility
- Deep understanding of core FP&A processes including month-end close, reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, annual planning, and technical accounting principles
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills including consolidation and operational models
- Strong business partnership and communication skills
- Familiarity with FP&A systems such as Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan
