About the Role
You will define, design, build, operate, and scale domain services. You will collaborate on technology selection, translate requirements into robust solutions, align technical roadmaps with target architecture, and contribute engineering best practices. You will balance design, implementation, and mentoring while supporting complex multi-domain initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience using Python as a primary language
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including SOLID, ACID, and testing
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Experience with Django, FastAPI, and Flask
- Extensive experience integrating with or creating REST APIs
- Experience working in Scrum and Agile development practices
- Experience with event-driven microservices or message queues
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations
Responsibilities
- Define, own, and maintain domain services from design through global scaling
- Work with the product team to select technology partners
- Collaborate with backend engineers on design, refinement, implementation, and mentoring
- Align the team vision and roadmap with the target architecture
- Translate requirements into well-engineered solutions with product, mobile, web, data, and business colleagues
- Contribute domain expertise and engineering best practices to the Community of Practice
