About the Role
You will own, design, build, run, and globally scale services within your domain. You will collaborate with product owners, mobile and web engineers, data scientists, and backend engineers to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions. You will help select technology partners, align technical roadmaps with the target architecture, mentor colleagues, and contribute best practices through Communities of Practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Python Developer using Python as a primary language
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including SOLID, ACID, and testing
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Django, FastAPI, and Flask
- Extensive experience creating or integrating REST APIs
- Experience working in Scrum and Agile development practices
- Experience with event-driven microservices or message queues
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations
Responsibilities
- Define, own, and maintain domain services
- Design, build, run, and globally scale services
- Work with the product team to select technology partners
- Collaborate with backend engineers on design, refinement, implementation, and mentoring
- Align the team vision and roadmap with the target architecture
- Translate requirements into well-engineered solutions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute best practices to the Community of Practice
