About the Role

You will build and lead a Security Engineering team that secures products, infrastructure, corporate IT systems, and AI tooling. You will define security strategy, establish AI and software development guardrails, review architectures, manage vulnerabilities, and communicate security risks across technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of security engineering experience
  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience
  • AI security expertise
  • Security architecture expertise
  • Cloud security expertise across AWS GCP or Azure
  • Knowledge of cryptographic principles
  • Secure coding knowledge
  • Knowledge of OWASP Top 10
  • Experience with OAuth SAML and OIDC
  • IT security expertise
  • Endpoint protection knowledge
  • Network security knowledge
  • Identity and access management knowledge
  • Threat modeling experience
  • Risk identification experience
  • Experience leading and building security teams

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic vision and roadmap for Security Engineering
  • Define guardrails for AI agents and tools
  • Implement agentic SDLC guardrails and testing gates
  • Lead and mentor security engineers
  • Drive security guidelines across engineering
  • Lead security architecture reviews
  • Own the vulnerability management program
  • Coordinate penetration testing
  • Prioritize remediation
  • Communicate security risks to leadership and engineering teams
