About the Role
You will own consolidated forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and close-to-report processes across multiple business lines. You will integrate business-unit forecasts, prepare executive and Board reporting, support capital allocation with scenario modeling, analyze variances, align finance functions around consistent data, and strengthen planning and reporting controls.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- Corporate FP&A or central finance experience at a high-growth, capital-intensive company
- Expertise in financial consolidation, long-range planning, and capital allocation
- Experience with scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
- Experience scaling FP&A platforms such as Anaplan or Adaptive
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience building materials for CFOs, executive teams, Boards, and investors
- Experience aligning finance leaders across business lines
- Experience building and developing a high-performing team or demonstrated readiness to do so
Responsibilities
- Own the consolidated financial model across all business lines
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning
- Set planning calendars, templates, and standards
- Build monthly and quarterly financial reporting for executives, the Board, and investors
- Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for capital allocation
- Drive budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual variance analysis
- Align business-line FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations teams
- Ensure planning and reporting processes meet internal control standards
- Build and lead a team of analysts and managers over time
