About the Role
You will operate and scale high-throughput PostgreSQL and vector data platforms, improve reliability and disaster recovery, automate database workflows, strengthen observability and security, and support containerized infrastructure. You will partner with engineering and AI teams and participate in on-call rotations.

- Scale and tune PostgreSQL clusters
- Own PostgreSQL reliability fundamentals
- Build and operate vector data capabilities
- Define production patterns for embeddings and vector indexes
- Strengthen high-availability and disaster-recovery procedures
- Automate database operations
- Improve observability and alert quality
- Enhance database security
- Contribute to containerized and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Partner with service, AI, and platform teams
- Participate in on-call rotations
