About the Role

You will build and scale data infrastructure for customer-facing analytics products. You will design data pipelines in ClickHouse, Postgres, Python, and dbt; operate streaming and batch pipelines processing terabytes of data daily; partner with researchers, engineers, and product stakeholders to model and serve data; and own data quality, reliability, and observability. You will also mentor data engineers, use AI tools to improve productivity, and may progress from an individual contributor role to Engineering Manager within 12–18 months.

Requirements

• Experience shipping and scaling high-performance data systems in production
• Deep expertise in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with dbt, ClickHouse, and Postgres
• Strong understanding of streaming data architectures
• Experience across ingestion, transformation, storage, modeling, and serving
• Experience building with Cursor, Claude Code, and MCPs
• Clear written communication
• Experience leading or managing projects in a smaller team is a bonus
• Fluency in onchain data structures, Web3 technologies, and crypto markets is a bonus
