About the Role
You will create ad hoc analyses, data queries, and reporting logic using SQL and, where needed, Python. You will translate business requirements into data products and analytical solutions, validate linked banking data, and help develop an AI-enabled analytics platform.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, or IT Business Analyst with a data focus
- SQL
- Data modeling
- Semantic models
- Data warehouse structures
- Enterprise data flows
- Experience in the financial industry, ideally banking or securities trading
- Very good German and good English
- Python is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Create ad hoc analyses, data queries, and reporting logic using SQL and Python
- Translate business requirements into data products, business logic, and analytical solutions
- Act as the interface between business functions and data systems
- Understand complex data models, data flows, and system landscapes
- Ensure banking, trading, customer, settlement, and reporting data are correctly and consistently linked
- Develop the analytics platform and data warehouse
