About the Role

Own activation and early growth for Ramp’s partner-referred customers by building partner relationships, delivering onboarding and education, supporting integrations and configuration, and driving customer activation at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Partner Success.
• Fluency with partner ecosystem operations.
• Project and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering.
• Proven quota attainment or target metric performance.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and position product solutions.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with accounting, private equity, and venture capital partners.
• Advise partners on their business models, goals, and challenges.
• Develop and deliver partner onboarding and education.
• Explain Ramp integration and configuration options.
• Drive efficient customer onboarding at scale.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot issues and share feedback.
• Position product solutions and drive activation and early customer growth.
