Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 4+ years of experience building and developing software would be preferred
- Experienced in Python/Django
- Experienced in any relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL
- Experienced in non-relational databases such as MongoDB, DocumentDB, or CosmosDB
- Experienced in web APIs of reasonable complexity
- Familiar with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex software solutions tailored to fintech needs
- Take on a leadership role in and mentor development teams, guiding project direction and architecture
- Ensure software complies with security standards and financial regulations
- Optimize application performance for scalability and user experience

- Facilitate collaboration across departments to align software with business objectives
- Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and system improvements
- Contribute to strategic planning with tech insights and innovation proposals
