About the Role

You will prepare, review, and submit accurate regulatory reports; analyze and reconcile data; and maintain supporting records. You will work with internal stakeholders, auditors, regulatory authorities, and technology teams to improve reporting processes. You will monitor applicable regulations, help update compliance policies and training, assess internal controls, and recommend actions to address compliance risks.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with Bank Indonesia regulations, payment systems compliance, KYB and onboarding controls, regulatory reporting, audit handling, compliance advisory, and regulator engagement.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in regulatory reporting or compliance departments is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Understanding of reporting requirements and local regulatory frameworks for electronic money institutions or payment institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources for regulatory reports.
  • Reconcile data and resolve discrepancies before submitting reports.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to support reporting processes.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries.
  • Identify process optimization and automation opportunities for reporting.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to improve data extraction and reporting systems.
  • Maintain secure records of regulatory reports and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor laws and regulations applicable to payment service providers and adjust processes accordingly.
  • Interpret and implement regulatory changes with compliance team members.
  • Assist with compliance policies and the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
  • Assist with compliance training programs and training delivery.
  • Assist with regulatory reports for the Board of Directors and senior management.
  • Assess compliance with internal controls through walkthroughs and testing.
  • Recommend actions to address identified compliance risks.
