About the Role

You will deliver security projects that reduce risk across products and services. You will work with engineering teams to identify risks throughout design, code review, CI/CD, deployment, and production. You will build security tooling and automation, implement AI agents that enforce security controls, review code and systems for vulnerabilities, and assess AI/LLM security threats.

Requirements

  • Have hands-on security engineering experience within the software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate coding skills in Python, Go, or a similar modern language.
  • Understand software design principles and secure coding practices.
  • Have experience designing and implementing AI agents or similar automated systems for security controls.
  • Know AI/LLM security risks, including prompt injection, model supply chain vulnerabilities, and data exposure.
  • Be familiar with AWS, GCP, or Azure and software development environments.
  • Know industry frameworks such as OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, or NIST.
  • Perform risk analyses to support informed trade-off decisions.
  • Review code for security vulnerabilities, including injection, authentication flaws, and insecure data handling.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver security projects that support quarterly team goals.
  • Partner with engineering teams to identify security risks across design, code review, CI/CD, deployment, and production.
  • Build automation and tooling that makes secure development easier for engineering teams.
  • Design and implement AI agents that automate and enforce security controls across the SDLC.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate AI/LLM security risks, including prompt injection, model supply chain, and data exposure threats.
  • Champion security standards, best practices, and risk trade-offs with partner teams.
  • Fill technical gaps as the program evolves.
  • Perform other duties as required.
