About the Role

You will own the architecture, data models, pipelines, stores, tools, and reporting for hardware inventory, chain of custody, and security-control monitoring. You will build field software and automation, maintain data quality and access controls, and integrate data from operators, vendors, and internal systems.

Requirements

• Experience designing and operating production data systems with relational schemas, change data capture, and batch or streaming pipelines
• Experience integrating inventory tools, ticketing systems, or vendor APIs
• Experience shipping host agents, site-local services, edge collectors, or operational metrics
• Experience with physical-asset or security-control data
• Experience using AI coding agents, Git, and code review
• Ability to own a domain end to end
• SQL proficiency
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language
• Experience with asset management, supply chain, warehouse systems, compliance controls, data-center hardware, remote-site software, or AI-agent automation

Responsibilities

• Own component-level hardware inventory and chain-of-custody records, data models, pipelines, history, and tamper-evident stores
• Build reconciliation, audit-evidence, and custody-check tools and AI agents
• Build custody workflows and site and host software for recording custody events
• Build continuous control-monitoring pipelines and site-posture calculations
• Build data coverage checks, source reconciliation, alerts, retention controls, and access controls
• Define schemas and interfaces with security monitoring engineers
• Build query surfaces and reports for site leads and leadership
