About the Role

You will own and drive the delivery of the regulatory compliance programme. You will coordinate with engineering legal and operations to ensure security and regulatory requirements are mapped to concrete actions with owners and deadlines. You will manage external advisers challenge outputs and translate recommendations into actionable internal tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience managing regulatory certification or compliance transformation programmes
  • Background in cybersecurity hardware or semiconductor environments
  • Experience with early stage or scale up companies
  • Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks such as CRA NIS2 MDR or similar

Responsibilities

  • Own the compliance transformation programme end to end
  • Deliver CRA compliance and EUCC certification
  • Drive internal execution across engineering legal and operations
  • Manage external advisory relationships and ensure inputs are actionable
  • Coordinate cross functional teams and align stakeholders
  • Track risks budgets and decisions and surface issues early
