About the Role
You will create, maintain, and validate SAP S/4HANA master data. You will monitor data quality, resolve data issues, maintain documentation, support users, deliver training, improve processes and automation, and ensure compliance with controls, audits, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Apprenticeship, technical studies, state-certified technician qualification, or comparable qualification
- Very good SAP S/4HANA knowledge
- First professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good German proficiency at C level
- Good English proficiency at B level
- Teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and validate SAP S/4HANA master data
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across SAP modules
- Monitor data quality through audits and validation checks
- Support data governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Investigate and resolve master-data issues with business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain master-data documentation and process guides
- Support users with data-related queries and training
- Improve master-data processes and automation with IT and business teams
- Comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
