About the Role
You will provide clients with market colour and trade ideas, developing and maintaining relationships with them while understanding their trading needs and offering guidance on a wide range of product offerings. You will contribute to structured product ideation based on client feedback and interactions, and you will price and execute everything from simple spot trades to complex products such as exotics and structures across multiple desks. You will manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols, handle day-to-day administrative issues in support of trading activities, and liaise with trading operations. You will work with internal technology and analytics groups to enhance systems and analytics while coordinating trading activity, and you will continuously look for ways to improve trading processes and client service. You should be prepared to work shifts that include supporting different time zones and weekends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' direct experience in global markets trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Trader or in a similar role within a financial services environment is preferred
- Active mind and strong awareness of risks
- Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skills
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, making informed decisions while handling large trading volumes
- Experience in cryptocurrency trading and/or knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is preferred
