About the Role

You will coordinate the development and deployment of robotics systems for Japanese customers. You will work across the technology stack, guide system architecture, support commissioning and operations, analyze performance, resolve technical issues, and manage project risks with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Work with core teams to develop products and systems for Japanese customer requirements
  • Design, build, and monitor scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and system reliability
  • Guide system architecture improvements for reliability and production optimization
  • Explain system architecture, subsystem components, and dependencies to partners and customers
  • Support system commissioning using the Linux command line
  • Confirm and triage customer feature requirements according to business impact
  • Support root-cause analysis and debugging for deployed systems
  • Analyze and optimize robot control, vision, and data software performance
  • Support product definition and close architecture and technical issues early in projects
  • Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies with stakeholders
