About the Role
You identify, assess, monitor, and report risks. You maintain risk procedures, analyze data from defense units, conduct vertical testing, manage operational risk events and ICT incidents, support business continuity testing, update risk maps and process lists, report ICT risks to regulators, and administer incident management systems.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of risk management experience
- College degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of risk management processes
- Knowledge of KNF and EBA recommendations regarding risk management
- Knowledge of the DORA regulation
- Fluent professional English and Polish
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving organizational interpersonal and communication skills
- Thorough data analysis ability
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
