About the Role

You will support fellows and mentors through regular coaching, research feedback, resource connections, and clear research objectives. You will contribute to candidate selection, design program components and events, improve fellowship feedback loops, and prepare briefs on relevant AI alignment and governance developments.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting complex analytical or research projects
  • Substantial analytical or research experience
  • Ability to provide developmental research feedback
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Familiarity with AGI safety and catastrophic AI risks
  • Ability to manage complex projects and maintain clear communication
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Conduct frequent one-to-one meetings with fellows
  • Provide feedback on research progress, methodology, data collection, analysis, and literature scaffolds
  • Help fellows overcome research obstacles
  • Connect fellows with resources, literature, and opportunities
  • Coordinate with mentors on research objectives and fellow progress
  • Review and interview fellowship candidates
  • Design reading-group curriculum components and workshop programs
  • Curate a speaker event series
  • Support applicant selection, evaluation frameworks, and mentor onboarding
  • Meet weekly with program leadership to improve feedback loops
  • Stay current on AI alignment and governance developments
  • Prepare weekly field-development briefs for fellows
