About the Role
You will build and run capability evaluations and measurement instruments at scale. You will develop data and analysis pipelines, rapidly prototype and validate new instruments, review AI-written code, define useful measurements with researchers, and contribute to internal and public reporting.
Requirements
- Experience shipping an evaluation, data product, or research library end to end
- Experience handling messy, large-volume data
- Experience running experiments on large language models
- Ability to work from vague research questions
- Ability to communicate results clearly
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and run capability evaluations and measurement instruments at scale
- Build data and analysis pipelines for model outputs and telemetry
- Prototype, validate, and prioritize new instruments
- Review and supervise AI-written code
- Define valuable measurements with research and partner teams
- Contribute to internal write-ups and public reporting
