About the Role
You will build and improve reinforcement-learning training infrastructure and research tooling. You will identify bottlenecks through debugging, profiling, and rearchitecture; improve the reliability and performance of research runs; and contribute to platform design decisions for reinforcement learning at scale.
Requirements
- Software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building performant and reliable systems
- Experience with machine learning infrastructure, distributed systems, or research tooling
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning algorithms
Responsibilities
- Build and improve reinforcement learning training infrastructure
- Identify and remove bottlenecks across the reinforcement learning stack
- Partner with researchers and engineering teams to ship productivity tooling
- Own the reliability and performance of research runs
- Contribute to design decisions for reinforcement learning at scale
