About the Role
You will fine-tune vision-language models to generate and critique layouts, reason about design intent, and create coherent visual output. You will build evaluations, benchmarks, training data, tools, and workflows; run experiments; diagnose production failures; and ship scalable quality improvements with product and engineering partners.

Responsibilities
- Fine-tune vision-language models for layouts, design intent, and visual communication
- Design evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for visual communication quality
- Lead proprietary data collection and build visual-design datasets
- Run experiments and turn results into targeted model and benchmark improvements
- Diagnose and resolve systematic production-output failures
- Build tools and workflows for rapid iteration and validation
- Partner with product and engineering to ship scalable quality improvements
