About the Role
You will serve as the subject-matter expert for fluid and HVAC components and the maintenance and reliability of critical infrastructure assets. You will commission systems, validate performance, implement predictive maintenance, support equipment selection and procurement, and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- 1+ years of professional experience with fluid components such as valves, pumps, COPVs, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure transducers, or temperature sensors
Responsibilities
- Own fluid and HVAC components across the site
- Own maintenance and reliability of critical infrastructure assets across campus
- Commission systems and validate nameplate performance
- Implement predictive maintenance protocols to minimize downtime
- Support equipment selection, sizing, and procurement
- Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions
