About the Role
You will define and document radiation-hardness requirements and verification plans for space systems. You will support radiation testing, hardness assurance, and error-rate prediction; lead multidisciplinary test campaigns; and participate in internal and customer design reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering with 4 or more years of relevant experience, or a Master's or Ph.D. with relevant research or work experience
- Understanding of radiation effects on electronic and optoelectronic parts
- Ability to perform radiation-effects testing of electronic parts
- Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment
- Must be a U.S. Person

- Build, lead, and maintain multidisciplinary radiation test teams
