About the Role

Assist with order execution, trade checking, and reconciliations; participate in desk strategy and quantitative research; contribute to quantitative development projects; analyze large datasets; and complete hands-on training in option valuation, game theory, hedging, portfolio analysis, and simulated trading.

Requirements

  • Confident and concise communication
  • Quantitative thinking and strong data analysis skills
  • Team-based work experience
  • Ability to learn C++, C#, and Python
  • Ability to use AI tools while maintaining independent judgment
  • Ability to live in or relocate to Chicago
  • Graduation date of December 2026 through Spring 2027

Responsibilities

  • Assist with order execution, trade checking, and trade reconciliations
  • Participate in strategy meetings and position management
  • Lead and participate in quantitative development projects
  • Participate in quantitative research and apply quantitative strategies
  • Analyze large datasets and extract insights
  • Engage in training on option valuation, game theory, hedging, portfolio analysis, and simulated trading
  • Collaborate with teammates
