About the Role
You will make markets for crypto delta-one instruments, including spot, swaps, and futures. You will manage systematic strategies such as CEX/DEX arbitrage, research alpha signals, backtest strategies, and work with developers to improve risk-management and trading tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Finance from a top university
- Record of systematic trading, including market making
- Understanding of cryptocurrency delta-one products
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, or C++
- Ability to make rational decisions under pressure
- Communication skills
