About the Role
You will work with senior researchers on projects supporting customer market making. You will analyze large-scale trading data, identify patterns, and develop models that improve trading algorithms. You may apply quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and deep learning, completing one or two projects with mentorship from different research groups.
Requirements
- Be pursuing an advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or another quantitative field
- Demonstrate strong quantitative, mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++
- Have experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas or NumPy
- Communicate and collaborate effectively on technical and non-technical subjects
- Solve technical or quantitative problems under pressure
- Express ideas mathematically and algorithmically
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
