About the Role
You will be responsible for executing trades, managing PnL, and handling day-to-day trading operations together with the trading team. You will constantly look for the best results by developing, maintaining, and improving trading strategies. Since crypto markets never close, you'll need to stay engaged around the clock, spotting opportunities and reacting quickly to market developments. You will work closely with the trading, research, and technology teams to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in high-frequency trading or an internship at an HFT firm
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to spot opportunities and capitalize on them
- Capability to make split second decisions
- Experience with programming (Python or another language)

- Execute trades
