About the Role

You will design, develop, and maintain core components of market making systems using the Go language stack, including order management, pricing engines, risk control modules, and inventory management. You will implement market making logic across multiple strategies and optimize system performance for ultra-low-latency trading. You will integrate with major exchange APIs to ensure stable and fast connectivity for quoting and order execution, and you will collaborate closely with quant researchers and operations specialists to translate models into production-level code. You will also participate in system monitoring and troubleshooting to keep the production environment stable and reduce risk.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Go development experience
  • Solid knowledge of Go fundamentals, deep understanding of concurrency models (goroutines, channels), memory management, and performance tuning
  • Familiarity with the go-zero framework and hands-on experience using it in real projects
  • Ability to leverage AI programming tools (e.g., Claude Code) to improve development efficiency and code quality
  • Mastery of distributed system design principles, and familiarity with the application of middleware such as Kafka, Redis, Etcd and MySQL in trading scenarios
  • Ability to analyze system bottlenecks and business anomalies using logs and monitoring tools

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain core components of market making systems using the Go language stack, including order management, pricing engines, risk control modules, and inventory management
  • Implement market making logic across multiple strategies such as CTA, arbitrage, grid trading, and integrate AMM models when applicable
  • Optimize system performance for ultra-low-latency trading, including order placement, cancellation, and quote refresh mechanisms under high concurrency
  • Integrate with major exchange APIs (REST, FIX, WebSocket), ensuring stable and fast connectivity for quoting and order execution
  • Realize the technical implementation of trading rules specific to market making, such as position management, T+0 trading, margin call mechanisms, and inventory risk management
  • Collaborate with quant researchers and operations specialists to translate models into production-level code, ensuring stable strategy deployment and efficient execution
  • Participate in system monitoring and troubleshooting, formulate disaster recovery plans, and reduce risks in the production environment
