About the Role
You will support client implementations across point-of-sale, marketplace e-commerce, and card-issuing programs. You will coordinate activities, track progress, manage documentation, validate configurations, communicate updates, support go-live preparation, and help improve project delivery processes.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of project management or payments experience
- Experience in a client-facing, operational, or technical environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across time zones
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
- Manage client implementation projects
- Coordinate activities across multiple projects
- Work with client project and technical teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Plan schedules, document activities, and track project status
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones
- Develop knowledge of products and solutions for client consultation
- Capture and relay client feedback
- Support post-go-live project handovers
- Improve internal project delivery processes
