About the Role
You'll serve as the critical link between cutting-edge treasury technology and the real-world financial goals of global clients. You'll lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover pain points and technical requirements, then design the ideal configuration of Ripple Treasury, owning the structural integrity of data migration and system integration. You'll write and validate complex SQL scripts for data mapping and custom reporting, leveraging AI tools to speed up script creation while personally sanity-checking and optimizing the output. When implementation issues arise, you'll act as the Tier 3 technical contact, tracing logic through complex database schemas to resolve data-level discrepancies. You'll also act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through treasury best practices, hands-on platform configuration, and high-impact training sessions that help users realize maximum value from the system.
Requirements
- 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in SQL with architectural thinking about relational database design and indexing
- Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flow between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
- Experience using AI tools to increase coding velocity combined with the ability to debug and refine AI-produced logic
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS
- Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
- Comfort discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk with Corporate Treasury and Accounting teams
- Ability to translate SQL logic and API structures into ROI and financial risk mitigation language
Responsibilities
- Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
- Design the To-Be state and determine the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury
- Own the structural integrity of data migration and system integration
- Design and execute complex SQL scripts for data mapping and custom reporting
- Validate, optimize, and sanity-check AI-generated code
- Act as Tier 3 point of contact for implementation issues
- Diagnose and resolve data-level discrepancies by tracing logic through complex database schemas
- Guide clients through treasury best practices and help modernize legacy processes
- Configure the platform from the UI to the database to align with the strategic vision
- Facilitate training sessions that empower users and ensure maximum ROI
