About the Role
You will own customer-facing features from problem discovery through design, launch, and iteration. You will build scalable production platforms, validate phased releases with customers, prioritize requests by impact, and solve ambiguous problems across billing, partnerships, enterprise controls, and developer tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own customer-facing features from discovery through launch and iteration
- Build scalable production platforms and systems
- Validate phased releases with internal and external customers
- Prioritize competing customer requests based on impact
- Collaborate with product, design, forward deployed engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders
- Build systems for billing, partnerships, and developer and agentic tooling
- Drive ambiguous problems to completion
- Expand into new problem areas as needed
