About the Role

You will establish thought leadership in the US market and enable the sales team to meet revenue targets. You will work with sales to define core value propositions and differentiators, lead US market expansion strategy, and create sales tools and content. You will run market research, user testing and interviews, coordinate with product management and engineering on roadmap and go-to-market plans, iterate GTM strategies to hit revenue goals, and manage a team of designers and marketers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • 2-4 years of prior marketing or product experience
  • Prior startup or boutique firm experience is a plus
  • Previous compliance, finance or blockchain experience is a plus
  • Experience in analytical problem solving and quantitative analysis, including dashboards and reporting tools
  • Ability to lead analyses, track metrics and build strategic insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing cross-functional environment with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Ability to take complex topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent spoken, written and presentation communication skills
