About the Role
You own the core build of a stablecoin payments API, including API design, payment flows, wallet whitelisting, off-ramp experiences, compliance controls, operational tooling, and partner integrations. You drive execution with engineering, translate regulations into product requirements, manage cross-functional delivery, and support third-party developers through documentation and sandboxes.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of Product Management experience
- Experience launching and scaling API, platform, fintech, or infrastructure products
- Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Strong product sense
- Expertise in user journey design, UX decision-making, and edge-case analysis
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external partners
- Experience in payments, banking, fintech infrastructure, or regulated industries
- Understanding of regulatory and operational considerations for financial products
- Strong interest in stablecoins, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into workflows
Responsibilities
- Scope, prioritize, and design the core product
- Design APIs, payment flows, wallet whitelisting, and off-ramp experiences
- Drive execution with engineering
- Define build sequencing, scope trade-offs, and release readiness
- Define operational flows, monitoring requirements, and internal tooling
- Translate regulatory frameworks into product requirements
- Implement compliance controls
- Maintain the product decision log and flow documentation
- Program-manage cross-functional partner delivery
- Manage partner integrations from solution design through launch and iteration
- Own developer experience, API documentation, sandbox environments, and integration support
