About the Role
You will define and drive products for European payments and credit markets. You will own a product area, develop hypotheses, shape the roadmap, speak with customers and go-to-market teams, collaborate with Engineering and Design, measure outcomes, communicate decisions, and lead execution in an ambiguous environment.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience
- Track record of building or launching products end to end
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams
- Written and verbal communication
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Decision-making and ownership
- Familiarity using AI for prototyping, research, or analysis
- Early-stage or high-growth startup experience
- Fintech experience
