About the Role

You will improve engineers’ day-to-day experience across the software development lifecycle. You will use research, feedback, data, and experimentation to identify friction, validate opportunities, define product strategy and roadmaps, and measure adoption, satisfaction, productivity, and business outcomes. You will partner with engineering, platform, architecture, security, and research stakeholders to deliver scalable self-service capabilities.

Requirements

  • Product management experience in platform, infrastructure, developer tooling, or enterprise environments
  • Experience in discovery-led product environments
  • Problem-framing, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to balance developer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and risk considerations
  • Experience using research, data, metrics, and experimentation to inform product direction
  • Stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • 6–10+ years of product management experience
  • Experience delivering platform, developer tooling, infrastructure, or enterprise software products
  • Experience working in Agile or modern product development environments
  • Experience using customer, user, or employee research to inform product decisions
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations
  • Ability to partner with senior engineering and technology leaders

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the developer experience across the software development lifecycle
  • Use research, feedback, data, and experimentation to guide product decisions
  • Identify developer pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities
  • Validate problems and test assumptions through product discovery
  • Establish and manage dual discovery and delivery tracks
  • Define product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes for Developer Experience initiatives
  • Prioritize opportunities that reduce friction and improve developer productivity
  • Deliver scalable solutions with engineering, architecture, security, and platform teams
  • Define and track success measures for adoption, satisfaction, productivity, and business outcomes
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to senior stakeholders
