Product Manager - Compliance

About the Role
You will work closely with Compliance, Engineering, and Design teams to ideate, build, and optimize the user journey, spanning from registration through KYC and beyond. You'll take ownership of the product roadmap for the compliance side of the business, driving strong decision-making through a mix of quantitative analysis, qualitative research, competitor research, and customer insights. You'll also partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Compliance, Customer Support, and Operations to help scale the business while championing a best-in-class user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g Computer Science) or a design-related field (e.g Design, Human-Computer Interaction)
- Experience building and managing fintech related compliance/KYC features and flows
- Familiarity with the onboarding/KYC flows of crypto exchanges and fintech apps
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
- Demonstrated ability working in a data-driven environment and moving metrics to reach KPI goals
