About the Role
You will support customers through technical questions and use case development, troubleshoot complex analytics workflows, create documentation and educational content, understand user needs, and identify product weaknesses and pain points for the Product team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a data scientist, analyst, or analytics engineer
- Experience using SQL and Python
- Experience with data science tooling and workflows
- Experience with Jupyter notebooks and BI tools
- Analytical problem-solving ability
- Experience talking to customers and solving their problems
- Experience in a user-facing technical role is a plus
- Familiarity with the contemporary data stack is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for technical questions and use case development
- Provide customer support through chat, email, and Slack
- Understand the needs of different user types
- Develop demo projects, documentation, and videos
- Identify product weaknesses and common pain points
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the Product team
