About the Role
You will build software that manages construction schedules, material needs, site records, change orders, design data, and commissioning evidence. You will work with construction leads, field engineers, schedulers, and commissioning agents to deliver workflows that support live projects.
Requirements
- Production coding experience in Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Experience building features using LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
- Experience working with construction leads, field engineers, schedulers, or commissioning agents
- Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship independently
Responsibilities
- Build portfolio scheduling systems that connect project activities with material requirements and procurement dates
- Create structured records for work packages, field entries, rack placements, cable runs, and QA inspections
- Develop change-order workflows covering scope, cost, schedule impact, approvals, and updates
- Ingest building information models and maintain canonical site, building, and data-hall records
- Build commissioning workflows that generate test procedures, capture evidence, and enforce energization gates
