About the Role
You will build software for fleet health, repair workflows, hardware qualification, maintenance, and operational procedures. You will work with production engineers and facility operators to turn telemetry, runbooks, asset records, and site metrics into reliable systems and dashboards.
Requirements
- Production coding experience in Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Experience building features using LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
- Experience with on-call operations or operational systems
- Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship independently
Responsibilities
- Build fleet health systems using real-time telemetry and tiered health checks across Kubernetes and bare metal
- Create repair and RMA workflows from failure detection through return to service
- Develop rack-level hardware qualification, burn-in, and validation workflows
- Own the facility asset model, maintenance-system migration, and retirement of legacy inventory tools
- Convert runbooks, SOPs, training records, and technician qualifications into structured, auditable procedures
