About the Role
Design user-centered experiences across Oraichain products, including AI Oracle, OWallet, and OraiDEX, through research, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, developer hand-off, and continuous iteration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience designing Web3/blockchain products such as wallets, DEXs, and staking dashboards.
- Strong product thinking and ability to align user needs with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating an end-to-end product design process.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Nice to have: startup experience, blockchain architecture or smart-contract knowledge, decentralized UX experience, and scalable design-system experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to identify product problems and propose design solutions.
- Conduct user research and behavior analysis to uncover insights.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Ensure smooth hand-off and coordination with developers during implementation.
- Evaluate and improve product experiences using user data and feedback.
- Build and maintain the design system across the product suite.
