About the Role
Craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered designs for ARQ's wealth and investment product. Collaborate with founders, engineers, and marketing to define problems, create seamless experiences, align brand and product design, and deliver consumer-ready launches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant Product Design experience in a hyper-growth technology company valued above $1 billion.
- Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a focus on beautiful, simple designs.
- Strong understanding of human emotion and how to create delightful consumer products.
- Ability to understand user needs, articulate design decisions, and consider technical implications.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideally based in London or willing to relocate; visa sponsorship is available.
Responsibilities
- Develop new user experiences from scratch using the design system.
- Build new flows and ensure alignment between brand and product experience.
- Own the end-to-end design process from concept to Figma wireframes and shipped features.
- Collaborate with engineers on wireframes and with marketing to ship consumer experiences.
- Transform standard moments into surprising and delightful end-user experiences and ads.
- Work with founders and engineering to define problems and goals.
- Wireframe prototypes and craft high-quality product deliverables.
