About the Role
You will transcribe podcast episodes from audio into clear, accurately formatted Slovenian text. You will identify speakers, correct grammar and punctuation, edit for readability, and follow provided style guides. You must meet turnaround times, manage your workload independently, and ensure transcripts are high quality despite variable audio conditions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian (native or near-native preferred)
- Strong command of Slovenian grammar spelling and written communication
- Ability to understand different accents and varying audio quality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in audio transcription (podcasts interviews or similar content) (nice to have)
- Experience transcribing podcasts or media content (nice to have)
- Familiarity with transcription tools (nice to have)
- Experience with bilingual transcription or translation (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Transcribe podcast episodes from audio to text in Slovenian with high accuracy
- Ensure proper grammar punctuation and formatting throughout transcripts
- Identify speakers and structure dialogue clearly
