About the Role
You will transcribe podcast episodes from Azerbaijani audio into clear, well-formatted written transcripts. You will ensure correct grammar, punctuation, and formatting; identify and label speakers; edit and proofread for clarity and readability; follow provided style guides; and meet assigned turnaround times. You will work remotely on a flexible schedule and submit work according to platform processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (native or near-native preferred)
- Strong command of grammar, spelling, and written communication in Azerbaijani
- Ability to understand different accents and varying audio quality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in audio transcription (podcasts, interviews, or similar content)
- Familiarity with transcription tools
- Experience with bilingual transcription or translation
